Sabbatical Saturdays #14: Gratitude Practice – Cultivating Positivity Daily

Focusing on gratitude shifts your attention from what’s lacking or stressful to what’s positive in your life. Keeping a gratitude journal, or simply taking a few moments each day to reflect on what you’re thankful for, can improve your mood, increase resilience, and foster a greater sense of well-being.

Try writing down three things you’re grateful for every Saturday morning or before bed. They can be simple — a kind gesture, a moment of peace, or something you accomplished.

Tip: Share your gratitude with others. Expressing thanks can strengthen relationships and enhance your sense of connection and happiness.
