Beyond Therapy: Where My Mental Health Work Lives and Grows

brain model on plate

Mental health isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal, complex, and constantly evolving. That’s why Let’s Be Different Together has been my space to explore mental health in a way that’s honest, accessible, and sometimes unconventional. But over time, I realized that conversations about mental health don’t belong in just one format or on one platform. People process, relate to, and engage with content in different ways—and if we want to make a real impact, we need to meet them where they are.

That’s why I’ve expanded beyond my WordPress blogs into multiple platforms where I can share, discuss, and explore mental health topics from new angles.

You can find my work across these video and writing platforms:

BitChute: https://www.bitchute.com/channel/Ii4AmoOj7Prw
Dailymotion: https://www.dailymotion.com/user/jaimedavid327
Medium: https://medium.com/@jaimedavid327

Each platform gives me a different way to connect with people. On video platforms, I can speak directly to experiences, explain coping strategies, share reflections, or just have a conversation that feels immediate and personal. On Medium, I dive deeper into essays and stories you won’t find on my WordPress blogs—more personal perspectives, explorations of lesser-known topics, and insights that require a bit more nuance.

This isn’t just about visibility. It’s about creating spaces for people to engage with mental health content in ways that work for them—whether that’s reading quietly, listening, watching, or reflecting. Mental health is multifaceted, and so is the content I create.

By diversifying where my work lives, I also ensure it’s sustainable. Algorithms change, platforms rise and fall, and visibility isn’t guaranteed. But the content itself, and the messages behind it, remain accessible across multiple platforms. It’s a way to ensure that ideas around mental health support, self-reflection, and personal growth aren’t lost—they can reach people who need them most, wherever they are.

For those who appreciate this work and want to help me continue it, there’s also a way to show support:

It’s not just about support—it’s about helping ideas continue to reach people, spark reflection, and offer encouragement in ways that are personal, direct, and sometimes even life-changing. Every bit helps me keep producing content that is honest, insightful, and meaningful.

Mental health content can’t be static. It needs to adapt, expand, and reach people in the forms they relate to best. That’s what I’ve been building—an ecosystem of writing, video, and insight that complements each other while giving audiences multiple ways to engage, reflect, and grow.

If you care about mental health, personal growth, or simply seeing content that approaches these issues from different angles, this is where it’s happening. From video reflections to in-depth essays and posts you won’t see anywhere else, it’s all part of the same mission: helping people navigate mental health in real, practical, and meaningful ways.
